La série EM500 se distingue par une vitesse de traitement très élevée. Avec cette machine, de nombreux matériaux de soufflage d’isolation sous Avis technique peuvent être traités.
Par exemple la cellulose, la fibre de bois, la laine de roche ou la laine de verre. La machine est alimentée en courant triphasé. La machine X floc EM 500 dispose d’une unité de décompactage solide avec deux systèmes actif.
Le matériau est alimenté par un convoyeur à bande horizontal. Avec une hauteur de travail très confortable qui rend l’alimentation extrêmement facile. La combinaison d’un convoyeur à bande à alimentation continue et d’un conditionnement puissant permet d’énormes performances. Le sas en acier inoxydable avec ventilation se distingue par une très bonne étanchéité avec une faible perte de charge et une grande vitesse de traitement de l’isolant. La puissance élevée de l’air est générée par une turbine à plusieurs niveaux. Tous les paramètres importants de la machine peuvent être ajustés depuis le point d’injection avec le câble ou la télécommande sans fils
